About TuneShack
We Build
Artists.
We Build
Software.
TuneShack started as a community record label in a small Toronto studio. Today we're a dual-force creative studio — a record label and a full-stack app development company operating side by side under one roof.
We sign and develop artists. We also design, build, and ship custom software, web apps, and AI tools for clients across Canada and beyond. Two crafts, one team, zero compromise on either.

Our Story
From a Booth
to a Build.
TuneShack was born in 2020 at 163 Queen St E — a recording studio and community record label built for Toronto artists who didn't have a seat at the table. We recorded, mixed, produced, and championed independent music when nobody else would.
But running a label meant we needed tools that didn't exist. So we started building them ourselves — studio booking systems, radio automation, royalty trackers, artist dashboards. What began as internal tooling became a full app development practice.
Today, TuneShack operates as two divisions under one roof. Our record label continues to sign, develop, and release music. Our app development studio builds custom software, web apps, mobile apps, and AI tools for clients across Canada and beyond.
We're not a music company that learned to code, or a tech company that discovered music. We've been both, from day one, in the same room.
TuneShack launches as a community record label and recording studio at 163 Queen St E, Toronto.
Expanded into beat production, radio broadcasting, and artist development services.
Began building custom software tools to power our own music operations — studio booking, royalty tracking, radio automation.
Started taking on external app development clients. Shipped our first white-label platforms and PWAs.
Launched a full app development division alongside the label. AI tools, mobile apps, and enterprise dashboards.
Built a 30+ page ecosystem of interconnected apps — music, media, grants, education, and business tools.
TuneShack now operates as a dual-force studio: a record label and a full-stack app development company, under one roof.
